Janelle has been stage-managing and working on corporate and special event productions for over 15 years with 10 years at Brite Ideas. She currently holds the position of General Manager in addition to working on corporate and private events as a Production Manager. She handles all aspects of stage-management coordination, high profile speaker support, crew management and talent handling. She has a strong background in logistics including crew management, travel, union negotiations, budget management and cost analysis. Her technical background and experience mixed with her creative input allows her to guide her clients and continue to produce desired results again and again.
Janelle has a certificate from Cal State University, Los Angeles in Human Resource Management in addition to her theatrical-production experience.
